- He has a long staple; well defined bundles; 6 crimps/inch and high amplitude.
- Even the fleece on his lower legs and belly has a soft handle.
- Next to the skin, Nievo's fleece is at the top of the "bright and shiny scale"
- Even with his fineness, his fleece is clearly very dense.
- His temperament is as sweet and gentle as one could possibly hope for.
